The Academy offers a program for teams, U10 to U14, that will provide high level coaching plus a coach education structure for the team coach (if the team has a parent coach).
Teams that sign up for this program will receive three coaching sessions per week.
Each team will cover a full coaching syllabus, comprising technical development and tactical progression.
The team coach (if the team has a parent coach) is encouraged to attend these sessions to develop their own coaching knowledge.
The Academy coach will attend match games if they are required. This will help players and coaches develop their game skills.
The monthly fee for the Team Coaching Program is $75 per player. Although the membership is based around an annual program, we ask that you pay by the month.
During the summer months and when players are out of season, the monthly fee will cover one day per week technical and tactical camps.
The $75 monthly fee will provide direct professional coaching, plus a monthly written evaluation based on The Five Point System.
Academy T-shirt and soccer ball will be presented to every player .
